OTG-i uses Interactive Response Technology (IRT) and Electronic Patient Reported Outcomes (ePRO).  Our response rate, without reminders, is at least 84% and with reminders is more than 95%.

These studies are very effective in evaluating subjective responses throughout the day and over time; product use and compliance by wearers and prescribing and treatment strategies of eye care practitioners.
